Series 2 Bulkhead Full Restoration
Bulkhead was first sand blasted to expose all the necessary repairs. New door pillars and feet, which have had captive nuts fitted for the door hinges and had also had the retaining lip for the door seals fabricated and welded on. New floor pans made from 1.2mm Zintec plate, a new centre section (where the heater fits) and bell-housing bellows made from 1mm Zintec have been fitted. The parcel shelves and parcel shelf end panels have been replaced with new ones fabricated from 1mm Zintec plate.
All the rot has been cut out back to good metal, repair sections have been fabricated and professionally welded in. All work has been carried out in a jig to ensure correct alignment. A small amount of filler has been used to tidy up visible joints in panels, no dints or holes have been filled. The Bulkhead has been seam sealed and painted with Xylene based primer.

Series 2a Bulkhead Repair and Modification
Bulkhead was repaired and modified to allow fitting of a V8 engine. This was made for Our Own Rebuild.
Series 3 Bulkhead Restoration
Bulkhead was restored, primed and painted.
Series 2a Front Panel Repair
Series 2 Front panel repaired with a hand-fabricated lower repair section. Unlike the readily available repair sections the ones we fabricate are identical to the originals.
Series 3 Front & Rear Axles Restoration
Axles were completely rebuild, sandblasted, primed & painted. All parts were inspected and repaired or replaced where required.
Land Rover 2 1/4 Diesel Engine Rebuild
Engine was completely stripped, cleaned and inspected. Cylinder block and pistons were worn, so the block was re-bored and new oversized pistons fitted. Crankshaft was in good condition and was refitted with new bearings. Timing gears and chains were replaced with new ones due to being worn. Cylinder head was reconditions with new valve guides and valves. Everything was reassembled to manufacturer's specifications using all new gaskets and seals.
